Frequently asked questions
TCU has a paid parking lot across the street. There is street parking that is free after 6pm and free on Sundays if you leave your vehicle. Please plan a safe ride home.
Yes! There is an elevator on the main floor that goes up to the Salon Ballrooms.
At checkout, there will be a box where you can request to sit with other ticket purchasers in the same price category as you. Any tickets purchased together on one purchase will be seated together (up to 9 people). We will do our best to seat requested second purchasers together; not promised.
Yes! At checkout, please make a note of dietary restrictions and severe allergies - not preferences. These will be noted for TCU staff. You'll have an option of chicken or pasta at checkout.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is moved/cancelled by the organizer. Tickets can be transferred by emailing hello@emberproductions.ca and noting the new ticket holder name.
